SiPS 2013 Conference abides by the regulations from Personal Information Protection Act and the rights and interests of an applicant whom their personal information has been collected, processed or used will be in accordance with this Law. An applicant’s personal information will be used by organizing committee, Plan Well Professional Conference & Exhibition Group, and contracted vendors or individuals in the preparation period, during the conference and post-conference events for communication and data sending purposes. All personal information gathered will be discarded by October 18, 2013. All personal information is to be provided at the applicant’s free will. We strongly advise on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to ensure the smoothness of the registration process, our communication with you, and also to better your experience at our conference.
